I only unpack the Wireless Network Controller and manually install the driver in Device Manager because I want Windows to manage my wireless networks. They may have fixed this by now but I had a few laptops that by default it installed everything except the one it needed. That worked, the is an unkown device still but the control vault item is working now, I was able to update it to the most up to date firmware as well.Would you happen to know why the system is showing only 3.88 Gig of RAM is usable when it is a 64 bit OS?
